코스닥시장 상장기업의 연구개발이 신제품출시성과에 미치는 영향 = Study on the Influence of Innovative Venture Firm's R&D Activities on the Launching New Products

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 첨단제품의 출시와 관련하여 코스닥시장 상장기업의 첨단산업과 비첨단산업 사이 연구개발 특성이 신제품출시 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 코스닥시장 상장법인의 첨단산업이 비첨단산업보다 우수한 연구개발 체계를 지니는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 연구개발 체계는 신제품출시성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 코스닥시장 상장법인의 첨단산업이 비첨단산업보다 우수한 연구개발 하부구조를 지니는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 연구개발 하부구조는 신제품출시성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 코스닥시장 상장법인의 첨단산업이 비첨단산업보다 우수한 연구개발 관리활동을 지니는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 연구개발 관리활동은 신제품출시성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 코스닥시장 상장법인의 우수한 연구개발 체계, 우수한 연구개발 하부구조, 우수한 연구개발 관리활동은 신제품출시성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 그 결과 우수한 연구개발 체계, 우수한 연구개발 하부구조, 우수한 연구개발 관리활동은 신제품출시성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to find out and analyse the influences of the R&D Activities between the Innovative Venture firms and the Non-innovative firms on the launching New Products, and suggest some policy implications to discriminate the promising business in KOSDAQ market.
We analysed the Innovative Venture firms in KOSDAQ market have the better R&D system, R&D infrastructure and R&D management activities than the Non-innovative firms.
We also analysed the better R&D system, R&D infrastructure and R&D management activities influence the positive effect on the launching New Products.
