대졸 청년층의 대학생활 만족도 및 첫 직장만족도 관련 영향변인에 관한 연구 = A Study on Factors Affecting the School Life Satisfaction and First Job Satisfaction of Young College Graduates

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was verify the factors that affect the school life satisfaction and the first job satisfaction of young college graduates. Thus, this study selected satisfaction with the school support, satisfaction with the major programs, self-efficacy, and satisfaction with the school life as factors that can affect first job satisfaction for young college graduates. For this research, data was collected from Korean Education & Employment Panel(KEEP). Based on the data collected using SPSS and AMOS structural equation modeling analysis. The results are as follows. First, satisfaction with the school support, satisfaction with the major programs and self-efficacy had significant effects on satisfaction with the school life. Second, satisfaction with the school support, self-efficacy and to satisfaction with the school life had significant effects on the first job satisfaction. Based on this result to establish vocational career education plans in college are suggested and proposed.
