8주간 순환운동 프로그램이 지적장애 아동의 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향 = Effect of Sports Performance Ability of Mental Retardation Student by Rotating Exercise Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 8주간 규칙적인 순환운동 프로그램이 지적장애 아동의 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이었다. 연구 참여에 동의한 총 20명의 지적장애아동들은 실험집단(10명), 통제집단(10명)에 단순무선표출로 할당하여 배정하였다. 두 집단의 비교를 위해 TGMD-Ⅱ(이동기술 물체조작기술)를 사용하였으며 SPSS Ver 23.0K 통계프로그램을 이용하여 집단별로 평균과 표준편차를 산출하기 위해 독립변인 T-test를 실시하였다. 순환운동 참여를 통해 이동기술에서 갤롭, 슬라이드, 홉에서 집단에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 물체조작 기술은 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 순환운동 참여를 통한 지적장애 아동들의 운동수행 자료로는 사용이 가능하지만 8주간의 실험기간이 짧고 프로그램 적응 시간이 부족하며 지적장애인 뿐만 아니라 비장애인을 포함하여 다각적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 순환운동 프로그램은 지적장애 아동의 이동기술의 하위요인 중 갤롭, 슬라이드, 홉에서 운동수행능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결론에 도달하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the 8-week regular cycling program on the development of the athletic performance ability of mental retardation students. A total of 20 children with intellectual disabilities were randomly assigned to two groups (i.e., 10 students for each group), using simple random sampling. Independent t-test was conducted to calculate the mean and standard deviation for each group using SPSS 23, and TGMD-II (Test of Gross Motor Development-2) was used to compare the two groups. The results indicate that there were significant differences between the two groups in gallops, slides, and hops through circular motion, but no significant differences were found through object manipulation skills. The results can be used as data of circular motion participation of children with intellectual disabilities. However, since the length of the experiment period and the time of adjustment is short (i.e., 8 weeks) to identify the effects, further experimental investigations will be needed including children with intellectual disabilities and non-intellectual disabilities. It was concluded that the circular motion program had a positive effect on exercise performance, in terms of gallops, slides, and hops.
