It is essential to develop industrial design process methods to match the imaginary site. To create satisfactory the customer's need it is potential to analyze the related factors between the design factors and the customer's need. The following factors are basically necessary to process this study. More than anything else, it is requisite to find out what kind of the differences would be there to identify the customer's understanding between in the real environment and on the internet site. I found that the visual images of the products were three factors both in the real environment and internet. These were aesthetics, convenience and hardness on the internet, and softness, aesthetics and convenience in the real environment. This result shows that the first factor was different in each situation, but the second and the third factors were similar except the order was switched. Therefore, I could infer from this study that the design factor to identify the product was different between in the real environment and on the internet.
