취약청소년의 자립을 지원하는 외국의 사회적 기업 비교연구 - 미국의 YouthBuild USA와 영국의 PM Training을 중심으로 = Comparative Study of Foreign Social Enterprises to Support Youth’s Self Reliance - Focused on YouthBuild USA in USA and PM Training in England

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify factors in common that brings successful outcome by comparing two foreign social enterprise to support youth’s self-reliance, YouthBuild USA in USA and PM Training in England. This study used framework for analysis composed of social mission, innovative problem-solving strategy, business model and found out three factors in common. First, They developed innovative problem-solving strategy to come true social mission and this strategy positively contributed to their finance. Second, They used reciprocal approach to encourage to mutual growth of them and a community by cooperating with a community. Third, They were able to keep achieving good outcome by positively coping with changes of market. Finally I mentioned some implications the results of this study suggest to social enterprise in Korea.
