플랫폼 정보 프라이버시 보호행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 –플랫폼 사용자를 중심으로 = A study on factors affecting platform information privacy protection behavior –focusing on platform users

국문 초록 (Abstract)

코로나19를 거쳐, ICT기술과 빅데이터의 발전, 클라우드의 다양한 활용 그리고 Ai기술의 발전은 플랫폼 거래 규모의 급격한 증가를 가져왔다. 시간이 흐름에 따라 기업에서는 다양한 플랫폼을 구성하여, 고객을 만들고 있으며, 이러한 플랫폼 시장을 기업들은 경쟁하고 있다. 하지만 플랫폼 사용자 입장에서 정보 프라이버시 염려가 대두 되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구 플랫폼 정보 프라이버시 보호행동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 파악 하고자 한다. 실증분석을 하기위해 플랫폼 사용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 플랫폼 정보 프라이버시 보호행동의 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다.

After COVID-19, the development of ICT technology and big data, various uses of the cloud, and the development of Ai technology have led to a rapid increase in the size of platform transactions. As time goes by, companies are creating various platforms to create customers, and companies are competing in the platform market. However, concerns about information privacy are emerging from the perspective of platform users. Therefore, this study aims to understand the factors that influence information privacy protection behavior on the platform. To conduct an empirical analysis, a survey was conducted targeting platform users. Through this, we verified the impact of platform information privacy protection behavior.
