한국형 보조공학 만족도 평가도구 개발 = Korean Assistive Technology Satisfaction Assessment Tool Development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 : 본 연구는 국내 실정에 적합한 보조공학 적용과 적용 이후의 과정을 일괄적이고 객관적으로 평가할수 있는 평가도구를 개발하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법 : 선행연구 검토와 전문가 사전 조사, 전문가 조사, 내용타당도 조사를 통해 국내 실정에 맞는 보조 공학 만족도 평가요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 평가요소의 타당도와 신뢰도 분석을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 내 적일치도 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 결과 : 선행연구 검토와 전문가 사전조사, 전문가 조사, 내용타당도 조사를 통하여 최종적으로 ‘보조공학기구’, ‘보조공학서비스’, ‘일상생활’ 3개의 평가항목 및 17개의 평가요소를 추출하여 확정하였다. 17개의평가요소를 토대로 보조공학기구를 사용하는 장애인 190명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여D1(가격)의 평가요소 를 제외하고, 총 16개의 평가요소를 도출하였다. 16개의 평가요소의 내적일치도 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 Cronbach’s α값이 .908로 나타났으며, 항목이 삭제된 경우의 Cronbach’s α값이.777~.871로 나타났다. 결론 : 최종 한국형 보조공학 만족도 평가도구를 구성하는 3개의 평가항목과 16개의 평가요소 개발을 완성하 였다. 앞으로 개발한 평가도구의 추가적인 수렴타당도, 공인타당도 및 검사-재검사 신뢰도연구가 요구된다. 본 평가도구는 국내 보조공학 및 작업치료 분야에서 보조공학 성과 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을것으로 기대한다.
