고등교육재정 확충을 위한 법령 제ㆍ개정 방안

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to suggest the methods for increasing higher education finance from central government, local government, university foundations, parents and students. To accomplish this purpose, a lot of documents and materials related higher education finance and law are analyzed and studied.
Based on the analysis of this study, implications and suggestions about methods for increasing higher education finance are proposed:
First, in terms of central government, it is necessary to enact the Higher Education Grant System Act to support both national and private universities.
Second, some incentives should be provided to university foundations and universities to secure stable finance resources such as using tax reduction, permitting a variety of for-profit businesses, revising the private school law, and so on.
