프랑스 이주사회와 터키기업 연구 : 전통성과 국제성의 충돌을 중심으로 = Study of Turkish Enterprise in French Immigration Society: Tension between traditional characteristic and international characteristic

국문 초록 (Abstract)

터키의 이민 역사는 지난 50년간 유럽지역에서 크게 발달하였고 이주국가에서 터키기업이 성장을 거듭하면서 그들 고유의 특수한 성격을 형성하였다. 프랑스(유럽)에서의 터키기업은 출신국가와 이주국가의 사회문화적, 경제적 상황이 적절하게 변용되어 조직되어 생산된다. 그들의 전략은 전통적 가치체계의 사회적 공동체에 근거한 기업활동이었고 결과적으로 그들만의 경영방식과 수용모델을 이루었다. 결론적으로 전통적 사회의 조직관계에 근거한 터키기업은 터키적이고 동시에 국제적(유럽적)인 성격을 가진다고 볼 수 있다.

The immigration history of Turkey in Europe over the past 50 years has developed greatly, and turkish enterprise which is succeeding in their business formed the proper characteristics specific. In France(Europe), the turkish enterprise has been produced as a result of the relation of the social-cultural and economic situation between immigration nation and the national origin. Their strategy is based on a social community of traditional value system to operate the activity of enterprise, so that, the enterprise have made the model of adaptation and the model of own management style. As a result, the turkish enterprise, being based on the traditional value et system, can be considered to have a turkish and international(european) characteristic at the same time.
