The fourth report of IPCC states the ever growing climate changes as a serious global issue. In Korea, however, the study on climate changes has been insufficient in terms of evaluating water resources although the seriousness is fully recognized. A number of researches on climate changes focus on qualitative aspects, rather than quantitative factors of future climate changes. Thus, this study aims to present a quantitative analysis on future climate changes in Korea by means of A1B scenarios provided by the Meteorological Administration. which involves the water budget analysis of future Jeonbuk Province basin. This study predicts possible changes in Jeonbuk Province basin in the future, and presents policies for effective water resource management in consideration of the domestic conditions.
