다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The most effective factor to children in Montessori school is the Monterssori child care teacher. So, as long as the children spend time on the school, it came up the importance of the quality of teacher's education level. The quality level of teacher could be changed as the level of concentration on the teacher's work.
we studied on the ability of proceeding the class actively by the teacher, and the culture which only the children education institute has among the various factors which influence on the level of concentration
This study wishes to know how the organizational cultures and degree of contributions on their self-leaderships effect on the organizational concentration of Montessori school teacher.
