스마트시티 서비스 분야간 융합가능성 및 표준의 역할 탐색 = Exploring the Potential for Convergence Across Smart City Service Sectors and the Role of Standards

Smart city services in Korea are provided at various levels, from individual services to integrated services that cover an entire region. In this paper, we tried to identify the characteristics of the spatial information data to be applied and the standards to be complied with according to the complexity of the service, in addition to exploring the possibility of convergence between smart city services. Based on the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's list of smart city technologies organized by service domain, a two-dimensional and three-dimensional matrix was constructed between smart city services through in-depth interviews and surveys to quantify the degree of convergence. We've explored the possibilities of domain convergence services, from simple individual services to large framework-based integrations. We identified and provided the available standards needed for each case. We reviewed the different standards that should be followed, depending on the degree of convergence, up to and including the OGC CityGML and encoding standard, which allows different information to be layered and managed. The study concluded that the standards that should be applied vary by service level, from simple physical structures to complex structures.
