    In this paper, the authors addresses how the job characteristics influence to hotel employee`s group cohesiveness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. We collected data from 247 five star(deluxe) tourist hotel room and food & beverage employees in Daegu and Gyeongsangbukdo Korea. To test the research 6 hypotheses, we conducted multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results showed a positive relationship among the job characteristics and hotel employee`s group cohesiveness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, This research found out the positive effects of group cohesiveness to the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, this study also identified positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This findings can contribute more managerial implications in this field.
