In order to evaluate the damage repairability of a SUV vehicle which experienced a low-speed collision, tests were made according to the RCAR testing procedures. Test results concluded ; (1) The deceleration at C.G(center of gravity) of 6.9~11.39 was similar to that for the vehicle. The airbag system was found to affect neither the passenger's safety nor the savings of the repairing costs. (2) In order to improve the repairability of a damaged SUV vehicle after collision, a higher quality of the bumper, according to the RCAR standards, should be used. Part supply system should be changed to allow exchanges of individual components. (3) The current diversity in determining repairing costs shows three different repairing costs. The diversity should be unified in order to reduce the repairing cost, and to improve repairability.<br/>
