비디오 모델링 기반 부모-자녀의 그림판 제작을 통한 가정 중재가 지적장애 중학생의 된장찌개 조리직무기술 수행에 미치는 효과 = The Effects of Home Intervention through the Production of Parent-Child Drawing Boards based on Video Modeling on the Performance of SOYBEAN PASTE STEW Cooking Job Skills of Middle School Students with Intellectual Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 비디오 모델링 기반 부모-자녀의 그림판 제작을 통한 가정 중재가 지적장애 중학생의 된장찌개 조리직무기술 수행에 미치는 효과 정도를 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 참여자는 지적장애 특수학교에 재학 중인 지적장애 중학생 세 명으로 구성되었으며, 연구 설계는 단일대상연구의 참여자간 중다간헐 기초선 설계 기법이 적용되었다. 중재 프로그램은 비디오 모델링 기법과 부모-자녀의 그림판 제작을 병행한 어머니의 가정 중재 절차가 구성되었으며, 어머니 중재를 통해 사전에 부모교육을 적용하였다. 목표행동은 지적장애 참여자들이 식당에서 된장찌개를 직접 조리하는 수행이며, 과제분석에 따라 전체 10가지의 하위 단계기술이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 지적장애 참여자들은 중재 프로그램을 통해 목표행동을 효과적으로 습득 및 유지한 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of home intervention through drawing boards production of parent and children based on video modeling on the cooking job skills performance of SOYBEAN PASTE STEW in middle school students with intellectual disabilities. The study participants consisted of three middle school students with intellectual disabilities attending a special school for intellectual disabilities, and the study design was applied with a multiple Probe Design across participants in a single subject research. The intervention program consisted of a mother s home intervention procedure that combined video modeling techniques and parent-child drawing boards production, and parental education was applied in advance for mother intervention. The target behaviors is the performance of participants with intellectual disabilities cooking SOYBEAN PASTE STEW directly at restaurants, and a total of 10 lower-level skills were constructed according to task analysis. As a result of the study, it was found that participants with intellectual disabilities effectively acquired and maintained their target behaviors through intervention programs.
