도시계획사업시행에 따른 문제점 및 개선방안 : 부산광역시 도로를 중심으로 = A Study On The Effective Execution In Construction Project of Urban Facilities

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find the effective execution solution of the construction
urban facilities -especially road- through inquiring into process of the urban planning
project and the cause of the civil apeal during constructing roads. To solve this
problem, this paper inspected several construction project which caused many civil
apeals and delay and halt of the project.The examination of the several case areas which had much occurrence of civil apeal
showed us many problems of cumbersome processes of the construction roads. To
execute urban planning project effectively, not planar design but 3-dimensional design is
required. Above all, appropriate compensation for financial loss could make the urban
project amicable because civil appeals request responsible and detailed administrative
measures.
