중증장애인 직업재활사업의 성과분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With the revision of the Employment of Persons with Disabilities Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation Act in 2000, vocational rehabilitation services for the disabled were systematically provided, and the related vocational rehabilitation projects(vocational rehabilitation support project for the people with significant disabilities) were launched, providing vocational rehabilitation services to people with significant disabilities, and actively developing self-reliance or social participation through their work. Therefore, in order for such performance to be evidence rather than intuition of experts or policy makers, performance evaluations need to be made, and this assessment needs to be measured in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and quality, and this study is intended to demonstrate this.
As a result, if the development plan is presented based on the performance analysis, it is necessary to redefine the direction of the vocational rehabilitation project for the people with significant disabilities in terms of basic labor rights, establish a linkage system for the vocational rehabilitation project, act as the control tower for the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Korea Disabled People s Development Institute, strengthen the development and distribution of vocational rehabilitation services for the people with significant disabilities, improve the vocational rehabilitation support projects for the people with significant disabilities, and delivery systems for the people with significant disabilities.
