상담자의 자기자비 불안과 소진의 관계: 자기자비와 공감능력을 매개로 = The Mediating Effects of Self-compassion and Empathy on the Relationship Between Fear of Self-Compassion and Burnout in Counselors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the relationships among fear of self-compassion, self-compassion, empathy, and burnout in a sample of counselors. In addition, the study investigated the mediating effects of self-compassion and empathy on the relationship between fear of self-compassion and burnout. A total of 179 surveys were analyzed. The results of correlational analysis indicated that fear of self-compassion was negatively related to self-compassion and empathy, but positively related to burnout. Self-compassion was positively associated with empathy. Burnout was negatively correlated with both self-compassion and empathy. The results from structural equation modeling indicated that self-compassion and empathy mediated the path from fear of self-compassion to burnout. Implications for counselors and researchers were discussed.
