The purpose of this study was to present the development plan and basic data of the golf leader through the coaching behavior type of the golf leader by identifying how the coaching behavior type of the golf leader affects the continuation and oral intention of the participants in the lesson, and further to provide data that can help the golf practice field operation through the golf leader.
To achieve this goal, the subjects of the study are Seoul. Using an indoor golf practice ground in Gyeonggi Province, we selected participants who had received or are currently taking lessons from leaders three months ago or three months ago as recruiters, sampled four indoor golf practice fields, distributed 280 questionnaires each of 70 indoor golf practice areas, 261 of which were collected, and we used 2.51 copies, excluding 10 of them, which are considered insincere.
The data processing used SPS/WIN 25.0, and the statistical techniques used in this study were reliability analysis, frequency analysis, independent sample t-verification, one-way variation analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis, and post-validation of Duncan for differences between individual groups on significant results. At this time, the significant level of all statistics was set to p< .55, and the results of the analysis were as follows.
First, the analysis of the factors of coaching behavior according to the general characteristics of participants in the golf course lesson showed significant differences in gender, career and occupation, followed by the analysis of sustainability factors, and the analysis of oral factors showed significant differences in age, career and occupation.
Second, the analysis of the effects of coaching behavior on the participation status showed that it had a significant impact on training instructional behavior, democratic behavior, social support behavior, and authoritative behavior.
Third, the analysis of the effects of coaching behavior on the oral intention showed that training instructional behavior, social support behavior, and authoritative behavior of coaching behavior had a significant impact on the oral intention.
Fourth, the analysis of the effect of persistence on oral intention shows that persistence has a significant positive effect on oral intention.
