한국 행정철학의 연구와 교육의 방향 모색 = Philosophy of Administration: A Search for Direction in its Study and Education in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study and the education in Korea on the philosophy of administration should go toward a ``philosophizing``, i.e. a ``philosophizing of administration``, in the sense of stressing and encompassing a process in itself of philosophical thinking, beyond the goal of gaining simply the end product of philosophical thinking which consists of essential(or fundamental) thinking and normative thinking. Especially It should go toward a ``philosophizing of Korean administration`` through the new governance in consideration of the historical and cultural background and circumstances of our Korean administration. Moreover, it should go toward not only a ``macro-level synopsizing`` but also a ``micro-level expounding``, which means excavating, studying and educating even micro-level philosophical subjects of our administration, beyond introducing and critically applying the macro-level end product of philosophical thinking by scholars of the Western and American countries.
