비서직 종사자의 전사적 정보시스템의 지속사용에 대한 유형별 신뢰의 영향 = The Effect of Trust on Secretaries' Continuance of Enterprise IS

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전사적 정보시스템을 사용하는 상황에서 비서들의 시스템의 지속적인 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 유형별 신뢰를 통해 알아보았다. 최근 정보시스템의 지속사용에 있어 신뢰가 주요요인임이 밝혀졌음에도 불구하고, 과연 신뢰의 유형이 무엇인가에 대한 뚜렷한 고찰이 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 관련이론을 고찰하여 신뢰의 유형을 자기자신, 정보시스템(정보품질, 기능품질), 조직지원에 대한 신뢰로 정리하였으며, 정보시스템 활용이 필수조건인 비서직에 적용하여 유형별 신뢰의 영향을 실증적으로 살펴보았다.
연구결과, 자기신뢰, 정보품질신뢰가 비서의 전사적 정보시스템의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 이 결과는 시스템의 지속 사용을 위해서는 시스템의 기능품질보다 컨텐츠인 정보품질에 대한 신뢰와 시스템을 업무에 잘 사용할 수 있다는 자기자신의 신뢰가 클수록 시스템사용이 지속적으로 이루어진다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 영향력이 검증된 독립변수와 종속변수와의 관계에 대한 조직지원신뢰의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 조직지원신뢰가 높은 집단에서 두 변수의 영향력이 더 큰 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구의 시사점은, 최고층을 보좌하는 비서업무의 특성과 정보시스템에 의존력이 높은 비서들이 전사적정보시스템을 지속적으로 사용하기 위해, 기업은 정보품질을 높이고 정보시스템에 대한 지원을 높혀서, 비서들이 정보품질과 조직지원에 대한 신뢰를 높힐 수 있도록 노력하는 것이 중요하다고 할 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

TSecretaries' continued usage of enterprise IS at work is very important and critical in modern business environments. This paper examines the effect of trust on secretaries’ intentions to continue using (continuance) enterprise information systems. Researchers have been interested in IS continuance since it is an important success factor for enterprise IS. Also, trust is one of the important factors of continued IS usage in a user-oriented IS environment.
The purpose of this paper is to identify the types of trust and to compare the relative influence of trust types on secretaries' continued usage of enterprise IS. In this study, the concept of trust is explored in the IS context. A research model and six research hypotheses are derived and adapted from the IS literature and integrated with theoretical and empirical findings from the prior literature on continued IS usage and expectation-confirmation theory. Data were collected through a questionnaire from 195 secretaries for this empirical study. I conducted multiple regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 11.5 package for testing the effects of trust on secretaries’ continued usage of enterprise IS.
The major findings of this study are summarized as follows. First, self-trust and information quality trust have significant positive relations with continuance intentions. Second, the moderating effect of organizational-support trust has significant positive relations with the affecting factors and continuance intentions
The results suggest that secretaries' continuance intentions are determined by their self-trust with IS and perceived information quality in IS trust. Also, organizational support for secretaries’ use of IS is becoming more important in self-driven IS situations.
