The paper is aimed to contribute to enforcement of technical cooperation between large businesses and small businesses by studying all the way to cooperate technology between large businesses and small businesses.
Nowdays the small businesses are very important in the national and regional economic development. For 20 years since 60s, our country has achieved a remarkable economic growth, overcoming challanges in domestic country and abroad.
But is 80s, our country met the industrial structure contradiction because government's support and subsidy hda mainly focused on the large businesses to expand export.
But under the proemise that national competitive power of small businesses strengthen the improvement of all the economic system and promote its efficiency, the role of small businesses can not emphasized too.
To improve national competitive power of small and medium sized companies to win international competitive power in the international market is the shortest way to be a economic stable country.
small businesses can not improve their own technical power by themselves without cooperation of large businesses.
Our country is newly industrialized country with the help of foreign advanced countries' technology.
Until now we need to introduce foreign advanced countries' technology and improve the technology to make it our own.
To have a good technical cooperation between large businesses and small businesses
1) The technical cooperation between them must be changed from the technical cooperation only between them to the technical cooperation between multilateral sides, that is, between civilized research institute, national and public research institute, and university technical institute.
2)The relationship of technical cooperation between large businesses and small businesses must be turned from fragmentary and temporary relationship to organized and systematic relationship.
3) The technical cooperation between large businesses and small businesses must be turned from simple competitive relation to cooperative and co-existing principle.
In conculusion, through the technical cooperation between large businesses and small businesses, both businesses will be strengthened their international competitive power in the world.
