    In this article, in order to seek the primary factors which affect the distance of parks used by aging person and separate the distances into different groups, it investigates the distance to parks by considering synthetically the different age, intentions, reasons, vehicles and the traffic situations. In every group, under the help of SPSS software, do statistical analysis, Principal components analysis, to find out the principal components and use them to ascertain the best service radiuses and assess its dependability with the Excel software. Ultimately, the service radiuses are 664.8m, 1,446.82m, 1,822.24m. According to them, it discusses the best scatter model of the parks for aging person.
