국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 급격한 통신 및 컴퓨터기술의 발전으로 우편·금융시장이 개방화, 세계화되어 민간기업과 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 시대의 변화에 대응한 우정사업 정보화 및 IT기술을 활용한 시스템의 수가 늘어남에 따라 각 시스템간의 인터페이스가 복잡하게 된다.
또한, 정보화 우체국으로서의 위상제고를 위하여 지역주민이 우편·금융 서비스뿐만 아니라 인터넷을 자유로이 이용할 수 있도록 도서지역 우체국에도 인터넷플라자 설치를 지속적으로 확대 추진하고 있다.
본 연구에서는 도서지역 우체국의 전산시스템 운영실태를 조사·분석하고 이를 바탕으로 전산시스템 관리의 질적 향상과 시스템간의 통합 및 연계 가능성에 대한 기초로 향후 전산시스템의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
본 연구를 바탕으로 전산시스템 관리 구축 계획서를 작성하고, 현업 우체국 직원을 적극적으로 참여시켜 시스템에 대한 Ownership을 갖도록 하고, 정보입력의 편의성과 오 입력 방지를 통해 시스템 상의 제반 자료가 의사결정에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있도록 의견을 수렴한 후 예산을 반영하여 단계별 추진 전략에 따라 시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다.

In these days, as the development of communication and computer technology are changing rapidly, the system of mail and the financial marketing are getting open widely and globalize. Also, there are a lot of keen competitions with the private businesses, and the systems in the postal service that used by IT technology. While those changes have been increasing, this fact makes Interfac become complicated.
Also, for calling as 'Internet Plaza', the books local post offices have been trying to expand the places and install the systems that the local residents can use the internet freely for a phase stock as the information about post office.
This thesis is based on the survey and analyzing the operational plan for the computer system at the post office. Through the result, I would suggest the plan of effective management that has a basis of possibility for increasing the quality of computer system management for the unified and connected systems.
Based on this research, I planed the construction of the computer system management. It brought the 'Ownership' that makes people could well-participate in their field. Also, I wish there are more systems that people construct with the strategies of promotion and the steps after collecting the opinions and reflecting the budgets in order to the general materials in the system. That might be utilized to the decision making practically through the convenience of informational input and the prevention of wrong input.
