복싱선수의 자기관리가 성취목표지향성에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Korea Boxing Players' Self-Management on their Sprot Goal Orientation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of Korea boxing players' self-management on their sport goal orientation. Using TEOSQ and ASMQ, multivariate was used to get the relationship between self-management and sport goal orientation with relation to age and performance level of an athlete(elite; 51/non-elite; 152). And regression analysis is used for how self-management has an effect on sport goal orientation. The results showed that university or senior players was higher conscious of physical management, training management and mental-management than high school players. And results showed that high school boxers higher ego orientation, university or senior boxers was higher task orientation. By level, elite boxers was higher conscious of physical management, training management and mental-management than non-elite players. And results showed that elite boxers higher task orientation, non-elite boxers was higher ego orientation. The results of regression, task orientation significantly influenced physical management, training management, mental-management and interpersonal relationship. But ego orientation didn't have any significant influence. These results of the work are based on previous research and theory on sport goal orientation and self-management.
