한비자의 통치사상에 관한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study presents the political thought of Han Fei Tzu’.
Before Han Fei Tzu’ who was the last and greatest theorizer of the legalist school, there had been three groups, each with its own line of thought.
One was headed by Shen Tao, a contemporaty of Mencius , who held that shih was the most important factor in politics and government.
Another was heahed by Shen Pu-hai , who stressed that Shu was the most important factor.
Still another was heahed by Shang Yang, also known as Lord Shang, who, for his part, emphasized Fa Shu means power or authority; Fa means law or regulation; shu means the method or art of conducting affairs and handling men, i.e., “statecraft."
HanFei Tzu’considercd all three alike as indispensable.
These three together are the implements of emperors and kings, no one of which can be neglected.
