This study aims to categorize and extract objectively verifiable elements from various theories of feng shui geography discussed in older texts It also seeks to explain the relationship between urban, architectural, and feng shui geographic characteristics through GIS and regression analysis, focusing on the location characteristics of multiple long-standing online lottery winning stores.<BR/>As a research method, the study first summarizes the types of feng shui geographic pathologies and the urban architectural characteristics of the stores. Next, it collects information on stores that have won substantial amounts in online lottery tickets and investigates the status of startups and business closures. Then, the stores are analyzed using QGIS, road view, and satellite maps. Following this, a multilinear regression analysis is conducted. Finally, the cumulative number of wins and the location characteristics of each store are examined.<BR/>A major finding indicates that the cumulative number of first-place wins is influenced when a store is situated at the point where the ridge end and the water begins. In conclusion, this suggests that the feng shui geographic location of online lottery winning stores can affect the cumulative number of significant wins. Therefore, selecting favorable feng shui geographic locations can serve as a useful reference for those looking to start an online lottery store. Future research should propose a comprehensive location evaluation model that integrates more specific feng shui geographic principles with modern location selection theory.
