교회 노인복지사업에 영향을 주는 지역사회 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 교회 노인복지사업에 영향을 미치는 많은 변인 중 지역사회영역 변인들 중에서 유의미한 변인과 영향력 수준을 밝히고 변인간의 상호관련성을 찾아내고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 지역사회영역에 속한 변인 중에서도 살펴보면 교회의 노인복지사업 실시 수준에는 협력하고 있는 노인복지시설(β=.281)이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤으며 다음으로 참여하고 있는 사회복지시설(β=.185), 노인문제의 심각성(β=.180), 교회 주위에 존재하는 사회복지시설(β=.133) 순으로 영향을 미쳤다. 지역사회 영역에서도 인식 보다는 실천이 중요한 것임을 알 수 있다. 지역사회에서도 사회복지관련 기관이나 노인복지관련 기관과의 협력여부가 졀정적인 변인이 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 지역사회 영역에서 지역사회 영역만 가지고 노인복지사업에 영향을 미치는 수준을 보면 다른 연구자와 같이 교회 주위에 존재하는 사회복지시설유무(p<.01)와 목회자가 참여하고 있는 사회복지시설(p<.001), 그리고 지역 노인문제의 심각성(p<.001), 협력하고 있는 노인복지시설(p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 요약하면 노인복지사업에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 변인은 목회자가 노인복지관련 활동을 적극적으로 해야 하며 지역에 있는 노인복지시설과도 협력해 가는 것이 중요하다는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this paper, I have studied on the correlation among meaningful variables and the level of influence within community. The result is summarized as follows. Among factors that belong to the community area the welfare of the aged has most affected ('=.281). And the next most affected is a social welfare facilities ('=.185). Thirdly, it is seriousness issues of the elder people ('=.180), and finally, in order, it is the social welfare facilities existing around churches ('=.133). We can recognize that the practice rather than simple recognition is much more important thing in local communities. It makes us understand that "ewhether people cooperate with or not"fwith social welfare agencies and related organization has been the definite variable. When we limitedly research on the certain local community area, the levels affecting on the work of welfare of the aged, as other researchers have seen, have been the availability of social welfare facilities existing around the church (p<.01), pastor-joining social welfare facilities (p<0.001), the seriousness of the elderly problem (p<.001), and cooperation and welfare facilities (p<.001) in order. They have affected to the statistically positive (+) factors. In summary, the crucial variables have been the positive involvement of pastors into the welfare of the aged and cooperation between church and welfare facilities in local community.
