      The purpose of the research is to make Team Based Learning Model and apply it into the college course to explore the effectiveness of Team Based Learning on team communication. For this, this research investigated the educational goal and method that Van Dyke insists and make the value and strategies of instructional design, and integrates with the characteristics of Team Based Learning, and finally drew out its' instructional strategies to improve team communication. The research was progressed for 15 weeks with 9 teams, 57 undergraduate students, who attended Team Based Learning model applied college course in blended learning environment.
      The result shows that the average score of one group posttest is higher than pretest. The result revealed that the strategies for developing team communication facilitate learners' participation, interaction, motivation and self-regulated learning, and finally effect on team communication.
