주민생활정보화의 만족도에 대한 영향요인 연구 = A Study on the Factors Affecting of E-Life`s Satisfaction: Focusing on the Local Informatization of Yeongdeokgun

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역주민의 삶의 질 향상과 직결되어 있는 주민생활정보화의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 지역주민의 생활정보화 증진방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주민정보화가 아주 중요한 영향요인이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 주민생활정보화교육의 필요성, 참여도, 효과성 등이 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미친다는 조사결과는 주민생활정보화 정책에 대한 홍보의 필요성이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 주민복지정보화 변수는 다른 변수들과 비교했을 때 실효성이 가장 강조되는 측면의 변수이다. 넷째, 유비쿼터스 마을조성은 신개념의 정보시스템이다. 이에 대한 주민들의 인지는 비교적 약한 수준이었지만 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미치는 변수로 분석 되었다. 새로운 정보시스템에 대한 활용과 수준향상에 대한 더 많은 노력이 요구되고 있다. 다섯째, 지역안전관리시스템이 주민생활정보화만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되지는 않았지만 조사대상지역은 풍수해를 비롯한 자연재해가 타 지역에 비해 빈번하게 일어나는 지역이기 때문에 이에 대한 체계적인 시스템의 관리운영이 필요하다.

Though this study analyzes about local resident`s quality of life elevation and leading person affecting in connected directly E-life`s Satisfaction and gropes local resident`s E-life promotion plan with this, there is purpose. If summarize result of this study first, leading person that affect to E-life`s Satisfaction can know that E-life is very important Factors Affecting Second, E-life education`s necessity, participation, effect etc.. that affect to E-life`s Satisfaction findings that necessity of public information is important about E-life policy know can. Third, when Resident welfare variable compared with other variables, effectiveness is emphasized side variable. Fourth, Ubiquitous village furtherance is information system of new concept. Human wisdom of inhabitantses was analyzed by variable affecting to E-life`s Satisfaction in reply although was weak level relatively. More efforts about inflection and level elevation for new information system are required. Fifth, local safety control system was not construed by leading person that affect to E-life`s Satisfaction but because natural disaster of Research zone is area that happen frequently than other area including storm and flood damage, need management operation of systematic system in reply.
