자기효능감이 창업참여도를 매개로 창업의도에 미치는 영향 = 중국대학생들을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

혁신과 새로운 가치창출의 수단으로서 창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 요즈음, 창업은 하나의 조직을 창조하는 일련의 과정으로서 일정한 시간에 걸쳐 계획적이고 의도적인 행동을 통하여 진행된다. 창업의 동적 과정에서 창업활동을 성공적으로 완수할 수 있다는 자신의 능력에 대한 믿음인 자기효능감이 창업에 대한 긍정적 태도인 창업의도에 영향을 주며, 창업참여도라는 태도적 특성과도 정적 관계를 설명하는 인지사회심리학적 접근에서 이해하려는 핵심관점을 새롭게 살펴볼 수가 있다.본 연구는 창업에 대한 관심을 가진 이후로 창업교육의 참여, 그리고 창업개시활동을 구분시켜 창업참여도를 매개로 자기효능감과 창업의도 간에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 확인하고 발견하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 표본은 중국 북경항공항천대학교의 재학생 159명을 대상으로 하였고 구조화된 질문지를 사용하였다. 또한 가설검증 분석방법으로 다중회귀모형을 이용하였고 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 검증방법을 사용하였다.실증분석 결과, 제시된 가설 모두가 채택되었다. 즉 자기효능감과 창업참여도는 모두 창업의도에 유의한 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창업참여도는 자기효능감과 창업의도 사이에 부분 매개역할이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그리하여 창업경험이 부족한 국내 대학생들의 경우 창업활성화를 위한 정책지원방안으로 창업 자기효능감을 형성시키고 발달시킴이 중요하다. 아울러 창업발달단계과정에 부합하는 창업관련활동교육 참가경험 등 정책적 지원방향이 효과적이며 중요하다고 제언하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Along with innovation, start-up is highlighted as means of value creation. Start-up is a serial process of creating a new organization through planned and intentional behavior over time, and this process-oriented perspective has drawn growing interests among researchers. Cognitive psychology-based approach has been widely adopted in recent research in an attempt to explain self-efficacy and entrepreneurial participation in dynamic entrepreneurial process; Self-efficacy is viewed as a key factor fostering entrepreneurial activity by affecting entrepreneurial intention which forms positive attitude toward creating a new enterprise. While entrepreneurial participation is viewed in terms of attitudinal trait.The purpose of this study is identifying and finding the mediating effect of entrepreneurial participation between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, by distinguishing the initiation of start-up from the participation in entrepreneurial training since individual was intrigued by entrepreneurial start-up. The data for this study were obtained from 159 students of BeiHang University in BeiJing China, using structured questionnaire. Multi-regression analysis was used for testing hypotheses and the Baron and Kenny(1986) criteria was applied to assessing mediating.The result of empirical analysis displayed all suggested hypotheses were adopted. Both self-efficacy and entrepreneurial participation have positive relationship with entrepreneurial intention respectively. Entrepreneurial participation was also mediating partially between self- efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. The finding of our study suggests that having government supporting policy in place for college students is critical in the country where entrepreneurial experience has been deficient. More specifically, the government policy is suggested to focus on facilitating development of self-efficacy of college students that will eventually lead to fostering entrepreneurial activities among them. Likewise, such policy should be essentially instrumental for student in terms of participating in relevant entrepreneurial training program that meets each stage of entrepreneurial development of the student,
