부모중심 언어중재가 언어발달지체 유아의 의사소통행위 및 의사소통단절에 미치는 효과 = The Effect of parents-centered language intervention on the Communicative behaviors and communication breakdown of infant with Language Delay

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 언어발달지체 유아의 어머니에게 부모중심 언어중재를 실시하여 유아와 어머니간의 의사소통행위 빈도 및 유형과 의사소통단절에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 의사소통에 어려움이 있는 언어발달지체 유아 5명과 각 유아의 어머니 5명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구대상자들에게 부모가 유아에게 적용할 수 있는 중재기술을 회기별로 구성하여 치료실에서 매회기마다 치료사가 직접 개입하여 실시하였다. 회기는 주 2회씩, 총 12회기 실시하였으며, 총 연구기간은 6주가 소요되었다. 의사소통행위와 의사소통단절의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 사전 사후 설계를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모중심 언어 중재를 실시한 결과 5명 모두 유아의 의사소통행위 빈도와 유형이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 어머니의 의사소통행위 빈도와 유형이 증가하거나 변화되었다. 셋째, 유아와 어머니의 의사소통단절 빈도가 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 의사소통능력을 증진시키고 어머니와의 의사소통행위의 증진을 위한 부모중심 언어중재는 효과적이며 주 양육자를 참여시키는 것은 유아의 의사소통 발달의 촉진을 가져온다는 것을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, we tried to figure out the effect of communication behavior and the gap of infant and mothers with parents-centered language intervention to mothers of infant with communication breakdown. Study Objects were 5 young children with communication breakdown who has difficulties with communication and 5 of their mothers. Intervention skill which the parents could apply to the child was made up for every session and therapist directly involved to had parents education at treatment room to teach those skills in every session. Pre/post design was performed to find the differences between the communication behavior and the gap. The study results are; First, with the parents-centered language intervention, all of 5 children showed the increased in frequency and types of communication behavior. Second, frequency and types of communication behavior of mothers had increased or changed. Third, communication gap between the young child and mother decreased. Thus, we discussed that the parents-centered language intervention is effective to progress the communication ability of child and also the communication behavior with mother so participation of major care giver would promote the communication development of child
