사회적 거리와 자기가치감 수반성이 스토킹 피해자에 대한 도움행동 의도에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Social Distance and Contingencies of Self-worth on Helping Behavior toward the Victims of Stalking

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

We examined differences in the helping behavior toward the victims of stalking by social distance from offender and victim respectively, and the effect of virtue among contingencies self-worth on helping behavior. As a result, the smaller the social distance to the victim, the bigger the probability of helping the victim of stalking. The greater the social distance to the offender and the smaller the social distance to the victim, the bigger the probability of police reporting and making a police statement. Women compared to men were more likely to make a police statement. The higher the contingencies of self-worth, especially virtue, the higher the evaluation of seriousness of stalking, and the more likely to help stalking victim, report to the police, and make a police statement. We discussed the practical implications of the study on the stalking victim support.
