Latest, Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK) is being emphasized that is fit to design instruction for teaching substance. And the rapid development of information devices require to culture for a mature debate. To attend this end, it is proposed to the instruction of Academic Grammatical Debate. In this paper, teaching grammar of academy debate was in progress which was based on instructional design theory in H.B, Kim & K.H, Lee(2010). The syntax of a suggested discussion topics, as opposed to theory, divided into two sides were to discuss online. It is categorized to the discussed article written by panelists and the assessment document described by reviewers. The discussed article itemized intersection of the two pillars of `the choice of materials, the process of rule`s deduction, the principle application of the rule` and `analytical skill, reasoning, debate rule`. The educational effects and the principles of Academy Grammatical Debate were extracted by the basis of this analysis.
