부패방지를 위한 GAO(Government Accountability Office)의 행정통제의 기능에 관한 연구 = A Study of the Function of the Administrative Control of Government Accountability Office to Prevent Corruption

The purpose of this article is to analyze the role and function of the administrative control of Government Accountability Office. It is mentioned that the function of the administrative control has been performed by external control and internal control. The role of Government Accountability Office which is an organization of legislative is regarded as the kind of external control. The evaluation of function in terms of the administrative control of Government Accountability Office is measured by the index of financial benefits, other benefits, past recommendations implemented, new products with recommendations, testimonies and timeliness. It is analyzed that the administrative control of Government Accountability Office has effectively been performed by the principle of accountability, integrity, and reliability in order to prevent the corruption of administrative organizations.
