외식업의 지식과 기술, 창업태도가 창업의도에 미치는 영향; 과잉자신감의 매개효과 = Effects of Individual Knowledge and Skill, Entrepreneurial Attitude on Entrepreneurial Intentions in Foodservice Industry; the Mediating Effects of Overconfidence

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to investigate the effects of knowledge and skill, entrepreneurial attitude on entrepreneurial intentions in foodservice industry. Also, the analysis of mediating roles of overconfidence was another research question. The data collected from a survey of 238 potential entrepreneurs was analyzed using a Structural Equation Modeling. The results revealed that overconfidence had full mediating role between knowledge and entrepreneurial intentions while the overconfidence had partial mediating role between entrepreneurial attitudes (income, independence and risk-taking) and entrepreneurial intentions. Implications of the results and limitations of the study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 외식업 예비창업자들이 지각한 지식과 기술, 소득창출, 독립심,그리고 위험감수 및 과잉자신감이 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를위해 먼저 외식업에 대한 지식과 기술, 창업태도의 직접효과와 과잉자신감을 매개로한 간접효과를 설정한 연구 모형을 개발하였으며, 이모형의 유용성을 검증하였다.
이를 위하여 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 외식업 예비창업자를 대상으로 설문지 조사를 통하여 238명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 과잉자신감은 지식과 창업의도간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났으나, 창업태도(소득창출, 독립심, 위험감수)와 창업의도의 관계에서 과잉자신감은 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한결과를 통하여 외식업의 창업에 있어서 과잉자신감 역할이 제시되었다.
