한국어 온라인 플립드 러닝 수업 설계 : 성인 재일동포를 위한 단기 프로그램을 중심으로 = Online Flipped Learning Instructional Design for Korean Language Classes: Focusing on Short-term Programs for Adult Korean Residents in Japan

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 성인 재일동포 학습자를 위한 단기 한국어 프로그램의 온라인 플립드 러닝 수업을 설계하기 위함이다. 온라인 플립드 러닝 수업을 설계하는 절차로 ADDIE의 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 5단계를 적용했다. 먼저 분석 단계에서는 학습자의 요구와 수준, 그리고 온라인 환경을 분석하였고, 설계 단계에서 PARTNER 수업 모형을 적용하여 온라인 수업 모형과 교육 과정을 설계했다. 그리고 개발 단계에서 콘텐츠와 수업 자료, 평가 자료를 개발하였고 실행 단계에서 Pre-Class, In-Class, Post-Class를 운영했다. 마지막 평가단계에서는 학습자의 만족도와 교수자의 수업 평가를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 학습자들은 온라인 플립드 러닝수업에 높은 만족도를 보였으며 특히 실시간 수업에서의 실제적인 상호 작용이 크게 도움이 된다고 인식했다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to design an online flipped learning class for a short-term Korean program for adult Korean Residents in Japan learners. When designing online flipped learning classes, ADDIE s five steps (analysis, design, development, execution, evaluation) were applied. First, in the analysis stage, the needs and levels of learners and the online environment were analyzed, and in the design stage, the online class model and curriculum were designed by applying the PARTNER class model. In the development stage, contents, class materials, and evaluation materials were developed, and in the implementation stage, Pre-Class, In-Class, and Post-Class were operated. In the final evaluation stage, learners satisfaction and instructor s class evaluation were conducted. As a result of the study, learners were very satisfied with online flipped learning classes and recognized that practical interactions in real-time classes were very helpful.
