치위생과 학생들의 그릿, 대학생활스트레스가 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Dental Hygiene Student’s Grit and Stress on College Life

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 치위생과 재학생들의 그릿, 대학생활스트레스, 대학생활적응을 파악하고, 대학생활적응과의 관련요인을 확인하기 위하여 시행된 연구이다. 경남 소재 J대학에 재학중인 치위생과 학생 176명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대학생활적응 점수는 3.23±.47점, 자기효능감 점수는 3.22±.68점, 의사소통능력 점수는 3.49±.49점, 전공만족도 점수는 3.45±.62점이었다. 대학생활적응은 그릿과 정적상관관계, 대학생활스트레스와 부적상관관계가 있었다. 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 변수는 성격, 교우관계, 학과만족도, 입학동기, 그릿이었다. 치위생과 학생들의 대학생활적응을 위해 학과 만족도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 수업방식과 교우관계를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

This study was conducted to identify grit, college life stress, and college life adaptation of dental hygiene students, and to identify factors related to college life adaptation. 176 dental hygiene students enrolled in J University in Gyeongnam were surveyed through a self-written questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS WIN 21.0. According to the study, the college life adaptation score is 3.23±.47 points, self-efficacy score 3.22±.68 points, communication ability score 3.49±.49 points, and major satisfaction score 3.45±.62 points. Adaptation to college life had a positive correlation with grit, had a negative correlation with college life stress. The variables influencing college life adaptation were personality, companionship, department satisfaction, admission motivation, and so on. It is necessary to develop various teaching methods that can increase department satisfaction and programs that can improve their companionship.
