u-Learning 시스템 성공요인이 학습성과에 미치는 영향분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정보사회가 성숙해 감에 따라 학습자 주도적 학습, 평생학습에 대한 요구가 더욱 확대되어 가고 u-Learning 시스템은 이런 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 다양한 본질 및 특성을 지니고 있다. 이동성, 접근성, 휴대성, 신속성, 개인성 등의 장점뿐만 아니라 학습자의 다양한 상호작용을 지원하는 u-Learning 시스템은 기존의 e-Learning에 비해 교육체제의 혁신을 주도하는 능동적인 해결책을 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 점을 감안하여 u-Learning 특성 요인들이 학습자의 효과적인 상호작용성을 통해 유의미한 학습 성과에 미치는 관계를 살펴봄으로써 성공요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 위하여 u-Learning 특성요인들은 크게 유비쿼터스 특성, 학습자 특성, 환경적 특성의 3개 요인으로 구성하였다. 학습자 특성요인은 학습동기, 몰입정도의 2개의 요인들로 구성하였으며, 환경적 특성요인들로는 지원환경, 교수자 요인의 2개의 요인으로 구성하였다. 분석결과 유비쿼터스 특성으로 이동성, 접근성, 신속성, 개인성이 학습자 상호작용성의 매개효과를 통해 u-Learning 성과에 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 모바일 통신 기반 유비쿼터스 학습이 학습자의 커뮤니케이션과 네트워크 효과를 증대시킨 때문인 것으로 생각되고, 이러한 장점들이 u-Learning의 성공요인으로써 반영된 것이라고 볼 수 있다.

Information communication technology ultimately pursues ubiquitous environment where people and devices are connected in networks and exchange of information is possible. However there have not been sufficient studies on the technology in spite of higher enthusiasm about education abd remarkable educational potentials of ubiquitous technology. In this regard, the primary. purpose of this study is to investigate which factors of u-Learning influence the performance of education and Interactivity. Based on the prior studies of the education and business training field, research model and research hypotheses are developed. Factors studies in this paper are ubiquitous characteristics, student characteristics, environment characteristics. The result shows that the u-Learning success factors have the significant effects on the performance of u-Learning and Interactivity.
