제7차 국어과 교육과정의 내용에 대한 비판적 고찰 = Critical Investigation of the Contents in the 7th Korean Language Curriculum

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 제7차 국어과 교육과정의 '내용'을 비판적으로 고찰해 보는 것이다. 제7차 국어과 교육과정 내용은 제6차가 가지고 있었던 여러 문제점들을 다각도로 극복하려고 했으며, 수준별 교육과정을 도입함으로써 좀더 체계적인 학습을 할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하였다. 그러나 제7차 국어과 교육과정 내용은 국어과 교육 내용의 복합성 간과, 국어과 교육 목표와의 괴리, 언어 사용의 개인적인 측면만의 강조, 시대 변화에 따른 의사 소통 방식과 언어 사용 양식의 미반영, '수준'의 개념에 대한 혼선, 국어과 교육 영역간의 관련성 문제 회피 등의 문제점을 지니고 있디. 이러한 문제점이 있음에도 불구하고 교육과정의 내용을 현장에 만족스럽게 적용하기 위해서는 교육 내용 재조직을 통한 교육 목표의 다양화·위계화가 필요하며, 언어 사용의 여러 층위를 고려한 내용 제시가 뒤따라야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study of purpose is the critical investigation of the 7th Korean language curriculum's contents. The 7th Korean language curriculum's contents tried to overcome the problems of the 6th and prepared the basis of systematic learning and teaching by introducing level-oriented curriculum. But the 7th Korean language curriculum's contents also have several problems; a overlooking the complexity of Korean language curriculum's contents, the separation between contents and aims, the overemphasis of individual language use, the nonreflection of communication ways and language use modes to be grounded on the current of the times, a confusion with the concept of level, an avoidance of the relation among Korean language education scopes. Although these problems, it is necessary to diversify and rank learning objectives by reorganizing contents and to present contents reflecting the multiple aspects of language use for sufficient application to real classroom.
