      산업의 디지털 대전환으로 인해 사회 모든 분야에서 디지털 역량의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 특히 IT 관련 산업 분야에서는 무엇보다도 SW 개발 역량을 갖춘 인력을 선호하고 있다.
      본 논문에서는 이러한 추세에 부합하는 한국공학대학교 게임공학과의 게임 SW 개발자 양성을위한 역량기반 교육체계와 성과분석 사례를 제시하였다. 본 사례연구가 전공능력 기반 교육체계 운영에 대한 참고로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

In this paper, we present a case of competency-based education system and its performance analysis of the Dept. of Game Eng. at Tech Univ. of Korea, aimed at game SW development skills in line with this trend. It is hoped that this case study can be used as a reference for operating an education system based on major abilities.
