디렉터가 경험한 주인공의 사이코드라마 과정에 관한 근거이론 연구 = Grounded Theory Approach to Directors` Experience of Protagonists` Psychodrama Process

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to propose a substantial theory by researching directors’ experience of the psychodrama processes by protagonists. In-depth interview was conducted with 10 directors who have directed for more than 30 times. Data were analyzed using a grounded theory approach; 206 concepts, 40 subcategories, and 6 categories were identified. The central phenomenon was identified as ‘Living as I-God’; the causal condition was identifed as ‘Standing as a Protagonist’; the contextual condition was identified as ‘Being a Protagonist’; the mediation condition was identified as ‘a Protagonist Enact’; the interaction strategy was identified as ‘a Protagonist has been Through’; and the result was identified as ‘a Protagonist has Changed’. This study is meaningful in deducing the psychodrama therapeutic elements of protagonists from the directors’ experiences and showing the interactions among those elements as a paradigm model, which leads to promote the understanding the mechanism by introducing how directors, as the core relationship with protagonists, experience the processes of psychodrama.
