상담자 경력에 따른 집단상담 윤리의 인식 차이

국문 초록 (Abstract)

집단상담 윤리 요소 도출을 위한 델파이 연구

본 연구는 집단상담 윤리로 인식되어야 할 집단상담 윤리 요소를 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를
위해 국내외 출판된 집단상담 윤리 연구 및 관련 자료, 국내외 학회 윤리 강령, 집단상담 장면에서
활용하고 있는 오리엔테이션 자료들을 중심으로 집단상담 윤리 개관을 하여 집단상담 윤리 요소를
추출하고, 3명의 집단상담 전문가의 감수를 통해 집단상담 윤리 델파이 설문 초안을 작성하였다. 집
단상담 윤리 요소 도출을 위하여 요소별 내용 타당성에 대한 전문가들의 합의 과정을 도출하기 위
해 29명의 집단상담 전문가에게 3차에 걸쳐 델파이 방법(Delphi method)을 사용하였다. 자료처리는
SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 요소별 중요도와 내용 타당도를 Lawshe가 개발한 내적 타당도
산출 공식을 적용하여 항목별 CVR(Content Validity Ratio)을 산출하였다. 연구결과 총 11개 범주, 41개
영역, 143요소로 구성된 집단상담 윤리 요소가 도출되었다. 11개의 집단상담 윤리 요소 범주는 ‘비
밀유지’, ‘집단상담 참여’, ‘상담관계’, ‘윤리적 문제 해결’, ‘집단상담자 책임’, ‘수퍼비전 훈련․교육’,
‘상담자 가치관 주입’, ‘집단상담 전문성’, ‘집단상담 구성’, ‘오리엔테이션’, ‘집단종결’로 확인되었다.
그중 ‘비밀보장’, ‘상담관계’, ‘집단상담 전문성’, ‘수퍼비전 훈련․교육’, ‘집단상담자 책임’, ‘윤리적
문제 해결’의 6개 범주는 집단상담 윤리의 핵심 범주로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 집단상담 윤리 요소
를 전체적으로 종합하고, 중요한 집단상담 핵심 윤리 요소를 체계화하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Delphi research to derive ethical elements of group counseling

This study aims to derive ethical elements that need to be recognized as group counseling ethics. In order to achieve this goal, a general survey was conducted on group counseling related researches and documents published domestically and internationally. These included the Institute Code of Ethics established in Korea and orientation materials used in group therapy scenes. Under the direction of three group counseling professionals, a draft of
Group Counseling Ethics Delphi questionnaire was made. In order to derive ethical elements of group counseling, the consensus process on the validity of each element should be derived. With this purpose the Delphi method was repeated three times, confirming the agreement of 29 group counseling experts. The SPSS 22.0 statistical program was employed as a data processing method. As a way of measuring the degree of importance and
content validity of each element, the Content Validity Ratio(CVR) was calculated for each item by applying the internal validity calculation formula developed by Lawshe.
