한국 교육행정학의 형성과 변천

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 ‘한국 교육행정학의 형성과 변천이라는 주제’로, 교육과 연구의 대상으로서의 교육행정 내지 교육행정학이 형성되고 변화되는 과정과 내용을 분석한다. 연구 시기는 1)구한말의 교육행정학(1880~1910년), 2)일제강점기의 교육행정학(1910~1945년), 3)광복 후의 교육행정학(1945~1970년)으로 하고, 내용은 1)교육행정학의 교육과 교재의 내용과 기반, 2)연구 활동 및 연구물의 내용과 기반, 3)학문적 특성과 의의 분석이다. 연구방법은 1차 자료를 수집하고 분석하는 문헌 분석의 방법을 주로 활용하고 관련 연구자 등 전문가 면담 및 자문도 활용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 구한말부터 일제강점기에 이르는 기간 교육행정 관련 교과와 교재의 수집과 분석, 교육행정의 개념과 관점 분석, 광복 후 교육행정학 교육과 연구의 연속성과 변화 등이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The subjct of this study is 'the formation and change of educational administration in Korea'. This study aims to anayze the process and the contents of the formation and change of educational administration in Korea by literature reviews and experts advice. The research dealt with 3 period, the late Chosun dynasty, the period of Japanese occupation, after liberation, and the education of educational administration and the related books. The major research results are the collection and analysis of the realated subject and books of early period, the concept and perspective of educational administration, the continuity and change of education and the research of educational administration after liberation.
