지자체 의료박람회 운영상 문제점과 한계연구 = A Study on Questions and Limitation of Local Government’s Medical Exhibition-Operation

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지역의료박람회 운영의 문제점을 분석하여 지역 경제활성화에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있는 박람회의 개선방향을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 지역의료박람회에 참가한 대규모 참가자들을 대상으로 설문조사 후 통계분석을 실시한 결과, 기존 사업과의 중복성 문제와 추진체계의 전문성 결여 등 제 문제점들이 나타났고 이를 근거로 3가지 핵심요인이 도출되었다. 첫 번째는 지자체 추진체계 조정의 필요성 이었고 두 번째는 기존 사업의 재검토였으며, 마지막 단계로 기존 인프라의 재구성을 통한 전략적인 접근이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

It is purpose of this research that analyze a local government‘s medical exhibition-operation strategy. The goals of this research are to find limitation of local medical exhibition and obtain a suggestion of Propulsion System and Advanced Strategy of local medical exhibition industry. In conclusion, the strategic plans based on statistic analysis were prepared for planning and developing differential approachment in Local medical exhibition industry. The point were three approaches ; intensive reconsidering of local government" projects, adjustment of Propulsion system and Infrastructure reconstruction.
