서울시사회서비스원의 정책 종결 과정에 관한 질적 사례연구 : 노동조합 조합원의 경험을 중심으로 = A Qualitative Case Study on the Policy Termination Process of the Seoul Metropolitan Social Service Center : Focusing on the experiences of union members

The purpose of this study is to elucidate the policy termination process through a case study of union members affiliated with the Seoul Social Services Center. Participants in this study were selected through theoretical sampling with purposive recruitment, supplemented by typical case selection and snowball sampling, resulting in a total of four research participants. Data were collected via in-depth interviews, public records, and media sources, and analyzed using a thematic approach. The study identified three key findings: policy termination led by the local government head, the representative union’s ongoing efforts to sustain public care, and the infringement of citizens’ rights resulting from the termination.
