스포츠 행정조직의 학습조직구축과 조직구성원의 직무만족 및주관적 행복감의 구조적 관계: 대한체육회를 중심으로 = The Structural Relationship among Building the Learning Organization of a Sport Administrative Organization with Job Satisfaction and Subjective Well-being of the Employees

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 첫째, 스포츠 행정조직의 학습조직구축이 조직구성원들의 직무만족과 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고, 둘째, 학습조직과 구성원들의 주관적 행복감의 사이에서 직무만족이 이들의 관계를 매개하는가에 대해 실증적으로 검증 하고자 하였다. 대한체육회에 근무하는 전체 구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었으며, 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 세 변인들 간의 구조적 관계와 직무만족의 매개효과가 분석되었다. 연구결과, 스포츠 행정조직의 학습조직구축은 구성원들의 직 무만족과 주관적 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 세 변인들 간에는 서로 밀접한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조직구성원들의 직무만족은 그들의 주관적 행복감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 조직구성원들의 직 무만족은 학습조직과 그들의 주관적 행복감의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the structural relationship among building the learning organization of a sport organization with employees`` job satisfaction, and their subjective well-being as well as mediating effect of the job satisfaction between the learning organization and employees`` subjective well-being. The respondents were the total population of employees at Korean Olympic Committee (KOC). Data were analyzed in SPSS PASW Statistics 18 and Amos 18 and hypotheses were tested by the structural equation model analysis in order to be investigated in the structural relationship among those three variables and mediating effect. The results were found that the learning organization has a positively significant effect on employees`` job satisfaction and their subjective well-being. Also, employees`` job satisfaction had a significant impact on their subjective well-being. Finally, the employees`` job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between the learning organization and their subjective well-being. Therefore, this research was discovered that new structural relationship among those three variables verified in the study will be contributed to new insight into scientifical and practical fields.
