국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보조공학기구 및 서비스 이용 장애인 및 재활 전문가의 욕구를 파악하고 보조공학서비스 현장의 문제점을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 충남소재 장애인 관련 기관에 근무하는 재활전문가 69명과 기관 서비스 이용 장애인 108명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 본 연구는 선행연구와 달리 보조공학서비스 제공시 필요 및 개선사항을 파악하기 위해 전문가와 서비스이용자를 구분하여 조사함으로써 보조공학기구 및 보조공학서비스 전달체계 활성화 및 지원 정책에 실질적 기초자료를 제공한다는데 의의가 있다. 주요 연구 결과는 장애인 및 전문가 그룹의 보조공학기구 선정기준, 신청과정, 사후관리, 지원금액, 지원품목의 만족도가 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 실제 서비스를 시행하고 있는 담당자들은 대부분 보조공학 전문가가 아닌 일반 재활전문가에 의해 이뤄지고 있었으며, 장애인 개개인에게 보다 적합한 보조공학서비스가 시행되고 이와 같은 전문 서비스를 수행할 전문가 및 전문보조공학센터의 필요성이 강조되고 있다.

This study aids people with disabilities and assistive technology services delivery system to enable and support policies to provide basic data in chungnam and disability related to the rehabilitation agency and use the services of 69 rehabilitation professionals and 108 people with disabilities in assistive technology device and services, and surveys were required. Unlike previous studies in the field of more substantial challenges and assistive technology services and assistive technology services actually provided, and improvements necessary for the people with disabilities and to investigate and separated by a group of rehabilitation professionals that conducted the survey with the existing previous studies are highly differentiated. people with disabilities and rehabilitation professionals based on assistive technology device supported standards and application process, follow-up service, price level, support items, showed a lower satisfaction. assistive technology service in the
actual enforcement officers are not experts, most assistive technology service by rehabilitation specialists were being conducted. a more appropriate assistive technology services to individuals with disabilities are performed, to perform professional assistive technology specialist, and highlighted the need for assistive technology service center.
