국가지정 문화재 방재역량 강화를 위한 현장 대응인력 의식조사 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 국가지정 문화재 방재역량을 강화하기 위해 문화재 현장 대응인력 범위 및 필요성을 검 토하였고 현장인력의 유형별 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 국가지정 문화재 현장 대응인력을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하여 문화재 취약시기 및 장소, 재난유형별 문화재 위험성, 문화재 방재 측면의 문제점, 문화재방재 역량 향상을 위한 필요도 등을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 국가지정 문화재 방재역량 강화 방안을 검토하였다.

In this study, the range and necessity of manpower responding at the site of cultural properties were reviewed and the status of manpower responding at the site by type was examined in order to reinforce the disaster prevention capability of state-designated cultural properties. Also, vulnerable period and location of cultural properties, hazard to cultural properties by disaster types, problems in terms of disaster prevention of cultural properties and necessity for improving the disaster prevention capability of cultural properties were analyzed by conducting a survey targeting manpower responding at the site of state-designated cultural properties. Based on the findings, measures to reinforce the disaster prevention capability of state-designated cultural properties were reviewed.
