환경변화에 따른 교육훈련 프로그램의 도입방안 = Educational and Training Program Development under the Changing Environment

Under fierce competitive, mass customized, and rapidly changing international environment, every nation is desperately seeking to enhance competitive advantage of nation. One of the promising and attractive alternative is to build concentrated industrial and/or research cooperation system, which are aiming at close linkage among governments, universities, research institutes and corporations to innovate new technology and products, transfer and commercialize such technology and products, and venture and incubate small businesses, etc.
It has been a long recognition that Kangwon-do is military and consumption city because of its geographical location. But, it is high time to show the world that Kangwon-do is the hub center for transportation, charges low utility, provides well established telecommunication networks, serves one-stop administration, and has a number of well reputative universities. To achieve new industrial development, it is imperative that we build close cooperative system among academics, industry and government.
